| I am Charles Foster Offdensen; legal representative, public relations, manager, head accountant, and chief of security for the band DETHKLOK. I take business very seriously. Other managers play around. They don't do things right. They can't handle themselves. I never allow a situation to get beyond my control, and if a situation somehow manages to find it's way beyond my control it is quickly contained and whoever is responsible will be held accountable without leniency. If you believe you can take my job or my band away from me in any form or fashion, I am willing to put ink to paper to guarantee that it will be the worst decision you ever made. As for those complaining about the effect DETHKLOK has had upon you, buying and listening to the album despite warnings was your responsibility. No liability can be placed on the band for your actions. You would be much more successful in suing the water that you tried to breath or the gun that you stuck in your mouth. When your families come after us in court, they will have to face the fact that you did it to yourself. Every day I see people shot, gored, and dismembered. I see explosions, blood, vomit, feces, and urine. I'm up to my waist in propaganda, paparazzi, lies, and blackmail. I'm threatened, disobeyed, hated by peers and envied by many. So, if you're ready to do business, by all means. Try me. I'll be waiting. Just be sure to sign a pain waiver first. |
